The ESC is requesting public comments on its
One Plan, the initial English Learner and Early Childhood Special Education federal entitlement grants. Central Ohio school districts may participate by choice in both initiatives as a consortium to efficiently and effectively utilize resources to improve student access, equity, and instructional practices of educators. The Secondary Education Act (ESEA) of 1965, as amended by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) of 2015 requires a public review period.
