Participants in this engaging, interactive session will learn what makes each generation (Baby Boomers, Gen X, Millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Y) unique and how the new generation gaps are impacting Gen Z and Gen Alpha in the workplace. Participants will receive practical tips to help their Gen Z and Gen Alpha students bridge the new generation gaps in communication, technology usage, workplace expectations, and other areas so that they can become effective team members in a multi-generational workforce.
