For the third consecutive year, the ESC was honored to receive an Ohio Business-Education Leader Award for its Business Advisory Council, while this year also seeing its rating rise to four stars. Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted announced the awards for honorees noting their exceptional work building strong partnerships to instill professional skills for future careers and coordinating experiences for students.

The application-based set of awards recognizes educators, business partners, staff, schools, businesses, educational service centers, joint vocational school districts and communities who come together to create dynamic, career-focused learning environments for students.
