The Governing Board of the ESC of Central Ohio will accept bids at the Business Office, 2080 Citygate Dr., Columbus OH 43219 until 2:00 p.m. EST, April 25, 2022, when bids will be publicly opened and read for the Tenant Improvements project, based upon Specifications prepared by Fanning/Howey Associates. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty as described in the Instructions to Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the bid opening. ESC reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, reject any or all bids and conduct investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
