The ESC of Central Ohio Office of Human Resources provides shared services applications and programs to member districts and partner agencies. These applications make management simple by streamlining and tracking employment applications, attendance, and time logs.
Frontline Education Applicant Tracking, formery known as AppliTrack, is an employment application management system designed to post job vacancies on district websites as well as the website of each consortium member, collect online applications and provide powerful searching tools that can automatically route submitted online applications (including substitutes) to the proper person or department within the ESC.
The Frontline Education Absence Management App, formerly known as AESOP, is a web-based program designed to automate the process of contacting and finding qualified substitutes to fill absences. Participating districts benefit from a substitute pool of nearly 3,200 licensed and classified substitutes who are available to serve in districts within Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union counties.
The Frontline Education Time and Attendance App, formerly known as VeriTime, is a web-based time and attendance system that seamlessly integrates with the Education Absence Management app.
Frontline Education Professional Learning, formerly known as MyLearningPlan, is a web-based professional development activity tracking and management system used by the Local Professional Development Committee (LPDC) of the ESC. It is also used as the ESC-sponsored professional development event registration and management system.
