The ESC of Central Ohio Office of Human Resources provides employment-related services and consultation to assist districts and agency partners with various support functions spanning the lifecycle of full- and part-time employees as well as substitute employees.
The Office of Human Resources offers a variety of services, including employee recruitment and staffing, a consortium for paperless employment application management through Frontline Education Applicant Tracking, employee pre-screening, interviewing and selection, employee on-boarding, licensure support, criminal background screening, payroll processing, tax withholding, recordkeeping, and annual contract or employment agreement administration. Also facilitated are the tracking and management of employee demographics and event changes.
In addition, the office supports initial benefits enrollment, administers the agency’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and assists with state and federal regulatory and employment law compliance.
