To assist districts and schools with this work, the ESC, in partnership with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW), is providing guidance and training.

Resident Educator Support

Developed in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce, the ESC has unique support programs to help districts and schools navigate the complexities of the Resident Educator program.

State Educator Evaluation Systems

The ESC of Central Ohio provides credential training in alignment with state evaluation systems.

Threat Assessment Training

The ESC partners with the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce to provide threat assessment training for districts and schools as required by House Bill 123, the Safety and Violence Education (SAVE) Students Act.
